The deity is portrayed seated, with a child on her lap, symbolizing fertility and protection for families seeking descendants. The face of the deity expresses serenity and benevolence, and the entire statue is characterized by precise details in the robes and traditional iconography.

明 十五世纪 送子观音铜像 高64厘米
送子观音，是观音菩萨的众多化身之一，专门负责赐予后代，保护家庭生育和子嗣繁衍的愿望。在中国传统文化中，子嗣延绵被视为家庭幸福与家族兴旺的重要象征，因此“送子观音”深受崇拜，尤其受到那些渴望子女的家庭的敬仰。

In bronzo brunito raffigurante Guanyin, la dea della misericordia e della compassione, in una delle sue forme più venerate, "送子观音" (Guanyin che porta il figlio). La divinità è ritratta seduta, con un bambino sulle ginocchia, simbolo di fertilità e protezione per le famiglie in cerca di discendenza. Il viso della divinità esprime serenità e benevolenza, e l'intera statua è caratterizzata da dettagli precisi delle vesti e dell'iconografia tradizionale.
