The Rolex GMT Master ref. 1675, was supplied to the Peruvian Air Force, unit of the army born in the early 900 and consolidated in the 50s with the union of the Peruvian navy and army. The military unit F.A.P., Fuerza Aerea of Peru, like many other military companies of the time, decided to equip its pilots and high-ranking officers with the most precise watches of the time. The timepieces delivered to the F.A.P. were made on standard production models but had distinctive features starting from the case back with the peculiar engraving "Fuerza Aerea del Peru".
This very rare example has a spacing of the writing corresponding to the first productions.
