We are thrilled to announce some of the highlitghts of our modern and contemporary art sale, which will take place on June 19, 2024, in Milan. 

A collection that includes a rare masterpiece by Vittorio Zecchin proposed on the market for its very first time after almost 50 years, an oil on panel entitled The Thousand and One Nights (Aladdin and the Magic Lamp), accompanied by a certificate of authenticity by Prof. Giovanni Mariacher. Speaking of figurative art, the auction will feature an exceptional work by Antonio Ligabue, Cockfight, 131x181 cm, the largest subject ever created by the artist. The work boasts an extensive exhibition and bibliographic curriculum and is accompanied by an authentication by Prof. Sergio Negri.

A section will be dedicated to important works of the Futurist period, with works on canvas and panel by Enrico Prampolini, Fillia, Alfredo Gauro Ambrosi, Antonio Marasco, Fortunato Depero, Thayaht, Sibò and two very rare Lito-Latta / Edizioni futuriste di poetica, L’Anguria Lirica, 1934, and Parole in libertà futurista. Tattili termiche olfattive, 1932.

Works by 20th century masters such as Umberto Boccioni with Portrait of a Man with a Pipe (Riccardo Ripamonti) will also be auctioned, but also works by Mario Tozzi, Mario Sironi, Carlo Carrà, Renato Guttuso, Filippo de Pisis up to the more contemporary Salvo, Fabio Mauri, Mario Schifano, Carla Accardi, Gastone Novelli Roberto Sebastian Matta and an important canvas by the master Pinot Gallizio, exhibited at the XXXII Venice Biennale, Coperta funebre di I classe.

Speaking of sculptures we offer works by artists such as Pablo Atchugarry, Lucio Fontana, Fausto Melotti, Eliseo Mattiacci, Mario Ceroli and many others.

For international art we will display works by Sonia Delaunay, Serge Poliakoff, Serge Charchoune and Francis Bacon up to the more contemporary Sakti Burman, Gotfried Kumpf and Oya Zaim Katoglu.

For the ultra-contemporary scenario you will find works by Arcangelo Sassolino, Claude Viallat, Noel Dolla, Nicola Bolla.
