Lots from 223 to 271 come from a single owner.
Lots from 272 to 275 come from a compulsory sale procedure and are burdened by a commission, paid by the buyer, equal to 15.20% including VAT to be calculated on the hammer price, plus registration fees (€ 2.00 per lot), replacing the regular commission applied.
Here are some news regarding the timing of bids during the closing of the auction:
- The auction will close after 20.00 on the last day, when 3 minutes have passed without any bids being made and all lots will close at the same time;
- If bids are made during these last 3 minutes, the count-down of the expiration of each lot will restart from 3 minutes;
- In these 3 minutes you will have the opportunity to raise or bet on a new lot.
As you can see on the side, the auctions featuring these new rules will be marked with a blue logo.
This new system will allow you to play up to the last award of the lots you want to buy, or you can decide to bet on another lot.
