1. Being a fundraising auction, no buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price.

2. Absentee bids are comparable to a bid in the saleroom.

3. Absentee bids will be effective when equal or higher than the maximum amount reached in the room.

4. Should we receive, for the same lot, multiple absentee bids of the same amount, the lot will be sold to the earlier absentee bid received by us.
