Jacopo Menzani

Jacopo Menzani graduated from the Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan in 2007 and, for over 10 years, he was involved in photography and video for the world of design, architecture, ancient and contemporary art. Over the years he transformed his great passion for art and design into a profession.  He has run the Gianna Nunziati gallery and restoration studio in Florence since 2013 and has directed the “mòno” design and decorative arts gallery with Sasha Ribera since 2018.

Since 2019 he has directed Pandolfini’s 20th century design and decorative arts department with the aim of building up a selection of Italian and international furnishings, glassware and ceramics produced in the course of the 20th century.

He is constantly searching out pieces of great quality and character created by the maestros of the main currents of the 20th century from Rationalism to the Radicals, from Liberty to Modernism, from Art Deco to Postmodern, with some incursions into the new millennium, without neglecting those objects that stand out more for their style and craftsmanship than the signature and origin.
