Bio
Alberto Garutti (Galbiate, 1948) is an artist and professor (Chair of Painting at the Brera Academy in Milan from 1990 to 2013) at the IUAV in Venice. During his career Garutti has been invited to major national and international events. His search for an open dialogue between contemporary artwork, viewer and public space, earned him an invitation to create numerous works for cities and museums around the world.
