HERMES FOULARD “MEMOIRE D’HERMES”

In seta 100%, su base azzurra e cornice ottanio con dettagli in un brillante color oro. Etichetta istruzioni lavaggio ancora attaccata.

In homage to the founder and head of the family, this carré shows in the middle the portrait Thierry Hermès, surrounded by some objects of the Maison. Almost all the objects that are represented there have in turn already been a source of inspiration for other creations, such as the eighteenth-century bag embroidered with lily flowers that we also find in the middle of Les clés carré, the Argentine stirrup of the nineteenth century reproduced on Gaucho, The bolas, also from Argentina, from the beginning of the 20th century, recognizable on the carré Pampa. In addition to these, we also find many other objects that are part of the collection, such as the book on the training of hunting dogs that belonged to the imperial prince son of Napoleone III, an artist's palette with an Amazon in the center, a small comb from brass horse, a 17th-century dust horn decorated with hunting scenes.
